Krishna Paksha Ashtami

Monthly Grace for Bhairava Sadhakas (As per Hindu Panchanga and Gregorian Calendar)

Each Ashtami is a spiritual gateway — one step closer to Bhairava.  Below are the monthly Krishna Paksha Ashtami types and their significance in Sadhana:

🔹 Chaitra Krishna Ashtami (March–April)
– Spring transition Ashtami
– Ideal for beginning new Bhairava Sadhanas with clarity and cleansing.

🔹 Vaishakha Krishna Ashtami (April–May)
– Sowing energy phase begins
– Enhances inner discipline, tapas, and commitment in Bhairava practice.

🔹 Jyeshtha Krishna Ashtami (May–June)
– Pre-monsoon Ashtami
– Best for inner purification and awakening of Agni Bhairava within.

🔹 Ashadha Krishna Ashtami (June–July)
– Rainy season / Start of Dakshinayana
– Supports inward descent, perfect for Shmashana Bhairava practices.

🔹 Shravana Krishna Ashtami (July–August)
– Krishna Janmashtami
– Honors Bhairava as Dharma Rakshaka, protector of cosmic order.

🔹 Bhadrapada Krishna Ashtami (August–September)
– Beginning of Pitru Paksha
– Powerful for ancestral healing, karmic cleansing, and offerings.

🔹 Ashwin Krishna Ashtami (September–October)
– Navaratri Period Ashtami
– Ideal for combined Devi-Bhairava Sadhanas.

🔹 Kartika Krishna Ashtami (October–November)
– Kala Bhairava Ashtami
– Bhairava Jayanti and the most siddhi-filled night for worship.

🔹 Margashirsha Krishna Ashtami (November–December)
– Post-Jayanti Ashtami
– A time to sustain silence, Tantra Puja and deepen Bhairava consciousness.

🔹 Pausha Krishna Ashtami (December–January)
– Mid-Winter Ashtami
– Best for inward tapas, mantra warmth, and tamas protection.

🔹 Magha Krishna Ashtami (January–February)
– Maha Shmashana Ashtami
– Strongest for ego dissolution, Shava Sadhana, and Tantric depth.

🔹 Phalguna Krishna Ashtami (February–March)
– Pre-Holika Ashtami
– Cleansing inner impurities; ideal for Bhairava kriyas before Holi.

Note:

Each Krishna Paksha Ashtami is not just a ritual day — it is an invitation into Guru Bhairava’s presence.

Aligning with these tithis strengthens your inner journey and brings you closer to the eternal flame of Nothingness.

When awareness becomes still, Bhairava reveals Himself as your own true essence
